What Makes HPS Different:
We believe in Fee Transparency. We charge a one-time administration fee and a 10% monthly management fee. There will be no hidden ancillary charges that magically show up on your monthly statement.
We don't believe in In-House Maintenance. We want to hire the best contractor for the job - which may mean going outside our vendor network. Our job is to get you multiple bids from at least three qualified technicians. We want quality workmanship done at the right price.
We believe in Preventative Maintenance. We take a proactive approach to maintenance. We have found that preventative maintenance ends up reducing a property's overall expenses. We suggest all of our owners to put aside a monthly draw in preparation for seasonal property upkeep.
We see our Tenants as Clients. This is a relationship business and putting time and effort into the resident experience (move-ins/move-outs/maintenance) keeps tenants happy and wanting to renew their leases. We want long-term tenants.
We believe in Over-Communicating. Technology is great and HPS has a full suite of PM software to make lives easier, but nothing beats picking up the phone or meeting a client at their property. We want our clients to know who we are and how to contact us directly.
